'Survivor: One World' soars to season high for CBS on Wednesday night

The CBS reality show rose to a 3.2
rating in the 18-49 adult demos, while its audience stayed at a strong 10.6m at 8pm.
Due to lighter competition, American Idol
soared to 18.5m (5.6
) between 8pm and 10pm for more Top 13 action
) and, most importantly, Modern Family
) were repeats on ABC.Happy Endings

Meanwhile on NBC, Whitney

) both managed week-on-week rises, after which a repeat of Law & Order

) performed reasonably well from 9pm.
Elsewhere, One Tree Hill
put in another solid performance with 1.5m (0.7
