'Smallville' star Allison Mack on 'Arrow' role: 'Never say never'

The actress played Chloe Sullivan - the love interest of the Green Arrow (Justin Hartley) - on Smallville between 2001 and 2011.
Discussing revamp series Arrow, which stars Stephen Amell in the title role, Mack told TV Guide: "You know, no-one's talked to me about that. I'm not sure."
The 29-year-old star added that any role on Arrow would have to involve "a really great storyline".
"I'm looking forward and so the idea of revisiting a character that I've put to rest is not necessarily the thing that's most exciting in the front of my mind," she explained. "But I never say never."

Arrow was recently voted as the most exciting new CW show by Digital Spy readers.
The series premieres on October 10 in the US and will air on Sky1 in the UK.

Seeing Chloe was created for Smallville and 'Arrow' has no connection to Smallville, it is a totally new version of the Oliver Queen/Green Arrow character, why would they have Allison playing Chloe?

They will NEVER have Allison Mack on Arrow. " Sullivan " will never be covered on the series. It she was it will be a different actress.

I would have prefered Justin Hartley to play the role, somehow I don't think it will be the same. If he was it then yeah maybe having Allison appear would be good.
I hate it when they do spin off's without orginal actors, same with the recent Superman movie being made, why couldn't they had Tom Welling playing the role and others actors out of Smallville playing there roles. Especially has the last episode shows Tom in the classic suit!

Different franchise. Different origins. Different everything. Tom Welling is no more Superman than you or I.

She was amazing in Smallville and a great actress, so wouldn't mind her in Arrow.

Chloe held Smallville together throughout most of the show, so I don't mind seeing Allison in anything.
