'Revolution': Watch trailer for NBC's JJ Abrams, Eric Kripke drama

NBC has released a trailer and preview clips for new series Revolution.The sci-fi drama, due to air on Mondays at 9/8c in the fall, is from JJ Abrams (Lost) and Eric Kripke (Supernatural).
Set in the near future, the show stars Billy Burke (Twilight) and Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad) as survivors in a world that has been mysteriously robbed of energy.

Yet another NBC rehash of great shows best bits, just like Awake did and failed. Setting it in a rip off of Walking Dead and Falling Skies post apocalypse world and making it fantasy like Game of Thrones and Lords of the Ring is beyond a joke. Come on and be original NBC! Guys With Kids will be the first cancellation. None of the new shows look half decent on NBC and all look doomed to be cancelled.

Agree with Imddawson - I think I would have preferred to see the intervening 15 years than all that 'new wild west' scenario. might check it out though, if it comes to the UK.

First minute in looked great, then the whole fifteen years later idea lost me. Might give it a shot though.
