The actress's recurring character Rosalee Calvert will receive a bigger role in the NBC show's second season, according to TV Line. It has been speculated that Turner's promotion will allow for more exploration into her backstory and her family of Fuchsbau. Grimm, which also stars David Giuntoli and Russell Hornsby, was picked up for a second season back in March.Speaking after the renewal, actor Silas Weir Mitchell said that he hopes to explore the "dangerous side" of his wolf-like character Monroe. Grimm's first season airs on Fridays at 9pm on NBC in the US.
