The high school comedy, based on the hit British show of the same name, will debut on the network on Monday, August 20 at 10.30pm after the premiere of Rob Dyrdek's Ridiculousness.
Joey Pollari, Bubba Lewis, Zack Pearlman, Mark L Young and Alex Frnka star in the sitcom, which has been developed for MTV by Arrested Development's Brad Copeland.
Original Channel 4 series creators Damon Beesley and Iain Morris executive produce the new show alongside Aaron Kaplan and Copeland.
Pollari, who plays Will McKenzie, claimed that the series is true to life as he described his character to The Hollywood Reporter

"They bond together to try to get girls and try to get each other out of the way as soon as a girl gets into the picture. It's a lot like the real high school experience. That's certainly what I went through."
Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Anthony Head, who played Will's dad in The Inbetweeners Movie, said that he has been impressed by the US remake of the show.
"I have to say, sometimes you wonder about translations [but] it's good actually," he insisted. "They followed [the original] very close. Its themes are pretty common."
MTV ordered a pilot of the show in 2010, and picked it up for a full series six months later.

The actors dont match the characters at all, US need to stop remaking UK shows.. Just watch ours, no need to remake.
