I Hate My Teenage Daughter aired on the network during its Tuesday comedy hours, but the series was displaced after American Idol's performance show was extended to two hours.
The remaining two episodes of the comedy show are no longer going to be aired, according to Deadline.
I Hate My Teenage Daughter stars Jaime Pressly and Katie Finneran as two mothers who fear their teenage daughters (Kristi Lauren and Aisha Dee) are becoming like the girls who made fun of them in high school.
Pressly previously revealed that she wasn't sure if she wanted to go back to working in television after My Name Is Earl was cancelled by NBC.
"I really wanted to make sure that what I did wasn't something that just was gonna be half-assed, that it was something that was gonna be really, really great, working with really great people and also from great writers. We got all of that," the actress said.

Disappointed is not the word! Fox did no advertising for this...most of it was done by fans of the show! They put it on for a couple of weeks then take it off for 2 months then change the day it airs...seriously? It has such a fantastic cast Eric Sheffer Stevens has brilliant comedy timing and Jaime Pressly is a fantastic actress! Fox should be ashamed!

Well - that trail was funnier than a lot of the other comedies on american television rite now. Nothing gets a chance anymore.
