Susan Boyle featured in 'Futurama' spoof

In the episode, which aired last night on Comedy Central, it is revealed that one-eyed mutant Leela (voiced by Katey Segal) has a singing boil on her rear named Susan.
When new boyfriend Fry (Billy West) discovers the boil, he uploads a video of it to a website and creates an online sensation, mirroring Boyle's real-life Internet success.
The episode - titled 'Attack of the Killer App' - was the third aired since Comedy Central resurrected Futurama. The show was originally cancelled by Fox in 2003 after four seasons.
Boyle's success was previously referred to in Futurama co-creator Matt Groening's other hit series The Simpsons.
