Kyle Chandler 'in talks for Fox pilot'

The Friday Night Lights star has been made a "very lucrative offer" to take on the lead role in Terra Firma, Entertainment Weekly says.
The project, produced by Steven Spielberg and Peter Chernin, follows a futuristic family who travel back to the time of dinosaurs.
Brannon Braga, who has previously worked on 24 and FlashForward, has been hired as the executive producer and a 13-episode pickup is thought to be likely.
Chandler is currently filming the fifth season of Friday Night Lights but the progamme is expected to end after that.
