'Doctor Who': Have your say on 'The Power of Three'

Doctor Who continued on BBC One tonight with an episode that was part human drama, part sci-fi epic. The Doctor (Matt Smith) settled down with the Ponds - well, sort of - before thwarting a rather unusual alien incursion in Chris Chibnall's 'The Power of Three'...

Did you enjoy Chibnall's latest Who effort more or less than his last script, 'Dinosaurs on a Spaceship'? Were you a fan of Kate (Lethbridge-)Stewart? And did this week's adventure make you shed a tear?
You can read our review of 'The Power of Three' right here, but we want to know what you thought of the episode too - share your feelings below!

Im gonna be honest the 4 episodes so far to me seem like they all add up to something, the mentions of the doctor being gone for so long, the fact that we see amy and rory apparently falling from a roof , the fact that something from The eleventh hour shows up in episode 5 and then not forgetting the doctor saying at the end of the god complex "Whats next me standing over you and rorys broken bodies" I think the doctor has seen what happens to the ponds and these episodes are all just a build up to the exit. Sorry that post just seems like random ramblings but the only way i could put my thoughts out .

Another episode like so many from Stephen Moffat, where sadly a good premise falls short of expectations. The build up was great, the acting was great, but the ending was rubbish. Rushed and nonsensical. After all that build-up he just counters the threat by waving his sonic screwdriver at it? Oh come on.
And how exactly did all those millions of people who died from heart failure reover at the end? You have a window of a couple of minutes to restart the heart and after that forget it.

This episode reminded me of an RTD era story, still, I thought it was fab. Was Chris trying to torture us diehard WHOvians with the Zygon part? Humans have spread like a disease in the future of the Dr Who Universe, as the 4th Doctor once commented to Leela. unlike the wonderful federation of Star Trek (I think they took a leaf out of Nations/Blake 7, with Section 31 on Star Trek DS9). From The Sensorites to Planet Of The Ood, Power Of Kroll, Mutants, Caves, etc, so the Shankri & his mission to nip the problem on the bud plot was brilliant. The blue emergency light bulb turned red in my head when Kate Stewart introduced herself. I LOVE HER! BRING HER BACK!
Think I need to get out more.

I see James Greene is still making posts about Series 7 despite stating that he wouldn't be watching any further episodes after "Asylum of the Daleks".
Onto the latest episode and what a superb story it was as well featuring what I reckon is the finest scene ever to be shown in 21st Century Who. I am of course talking about the rooftop scene between the Doctor and Amy, superb stuff, brilliantly written, acted and directed.
