All four coaches on The Voice could reportedly be dropped after tonight's final.Jessie J, Sir Tom Jones, Danny O'Donoghue and will.i.am may not be invited back to the BBC One singing competition after it shed nearly seven million viewers over its first series, according to The Mirror.

The show premiered with over 11 million viewers, but ratings fell to 4.5 million by the semi-finals amid criticisms that it lacked drama.
Jessie J has also been accused of being a diva, while will.i.am has been criticised for tweeting during the programme and concentrating on other projects rather than helping his contestants.
A BBC source is quoted as saying: "We have already paid £22 million for two years so there is no question of it being axed.
"But it seems unlikely any of the current coaches will be back. The viewers haven't connected strongly enough with them.
"The show got off to a fantastic start, but the fans got bored of the same ultra-positive and unbelievably nice comments every week, and viewing figures tumbled."
Celebrities such as Adele and Cheryl Cole are likely to be targeted for the show's second run, reports say.
Tyler James, Vince Kidd, Leanne Mitchell and Bo Bruce will battle to be crowned winner of the first series during tonight's final.
The Voice UK final airs at 7.20pm on BBC One.

The irony of the BBC's decision to get rid of Will.i.am ----> They are criticising the judges for not "connecting" with the audience, YET his tweets throughout the programme where doing that very thing "connecting with the audience!" They - the BBC may not have liked it, but the Tweeters in the viewing audience obviously did - as they responded to him by tweeting back, retweeting and 'favouriting' his tweets! The BBC need to get into this Decade - THEY are the problem with their old fashioned ways, NOT the judges - well at least not Tom Jones & Will.i.am!

You are forgetting that X Factor first series never even came close to matching The Voices first series ratings. And this was BBC's most successful first series in over a decade! But saying that, the live shows did become lack-lust - they lacked tension and excitement. The editing was bad at times. The BBC do always struggle with the promotion of these shows - they're old fashioned and sometimes the show becomes to big for them to handle! The show in my opinion was a great show with great judges.... that just needs production and formatting tweaking! The X Factor has had so many tweaks from year to year to make it what it is! The Voice US nor XFactor US was not an immediate success either!

The show lacks atmosphere, it needs that big hall like x-factor and BGT has, the small stage makes it almost claustrophobic. The format is all wrong, needs changing. Keep Tom Jones, the only one who actually knows what he is talking about. I'd put screens up between the judges during the singing, so even the judges don't know which judge has turned around. Too much talking going on between the judges and whispering, its meant to be a battle for teams, it comes across as way too friendly.

I like the idea of putting screens up between the coaches so they cant see who's turned around.....that got on my nerves in the blind auditions

Nobody wants Cheryl Cole on it, shes **** and can't sing live why would you want her judging acts when shes not even good, atleast look at the top 4 singers out there and maybe your show would get further :)

The thing is in America it is a huge success because they have PROPER celebrities who know what they are talking about. Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, Christina aguilera and Blake Shelby. We have Sir Tom Jones (Brilliant choice), Will I Am (dumb choice), Jesse J (Only been going five minutes) and Danny (not exactly huge star).
However replacing with Cheryl is a dumb move the woman couldn't sing for toffee. Adele would be a brilliant choice. However I did enjoy the Voice I also like X Factor but the X Factor is predictable every year its the same a judge is being axed.

Cee Lo Green (Only been going five minutes) and who it Blake Shelby?

Cee Lo Green hasn't actually been going 'five minutes' more like 21 years, Cee Lo was originally in the hip hop group Goodie Mob, then Gnarls Barkley formed in 2002 with him and Dangermouse after his departure in 2001 (you must know the hit 'Crazy'). He released his first album in 2002, its understandable to think hes only been around 5 minutes because he only hit the mainstream 2 years ago with his album 'The Ladykiller', however he has not been around 5 minutes, he's been a part of lot groups.

why is will.i.am a dumb choice? He's not only a member of one of the most successful pop groups of the decade, he's a successful producer, manager and world famous. Australia's panel is great though - they have Seal - legend, Delta Goodrem - most sucessful female artist in Australian history, Joel Madden from Good Charlotte and Keith Urban. Soul, Pop, Rock and Country all represented by massivly popular artists in each of their genres.
I would say you keep Will and Tom, replace Jessie with Cheryl, Kylie, Emma Bunton and replace Danny with someone from a band with more than 1 single who's been around for a while. I'd love to suggest a Damon Albarn or Thom Yorke but I very much doubt either of them would do it.
