Big Brother: Nicola McLean blasts Denise Welch topless flash in fight

Nicola McLean has berated Denise Welch over her topless display in the Celebrity Big Brother house during a massive fight also involving the Shannon twins.Tension began when the Loose Women star playfully pulled at Karissa's trousers as the girls danced to a welcome burst of music last night.

The Playboy model told Welch afterwards that she was "very p*ssed" at the prank and ordered her to go away, later ranting to Frankie Cocozza in the garden: "[Denise] knows I'm a reserved person. I don't walk around flashing my t*ts or showing my ass. It's not funny."
McLean attempted to diffuse the row by keeping Karissa out in the garden while she talked to Welch, but when the 53-year-old continued to pick at the American housemate, she snapped: "Do me a favour, if you want it to kick off then I'll let her back in!"

While Cocozza tried to get the girls to stop shouting - being dismissed as "an 18-year-old boy" by Karissa in the process - McLean took the opportunity to share her disapproval of Welch's topless jacuzzi session last week.
"I was a page three girl for a lot of years, and you flash your boobs openly on telly and you're cool with that?" she asked. "I'm not!"
Welch angrily responded: "I've had a lot of things I've wanted to say to you in the house!"

The argument then saw the ladies go head-to-head over the recent shredder task, in which McLean destroyed messages from home addressed to Welch and four other housemates so she could win her own.
"I'm not comfortable with showing my body on telly!" McLean blasted, prompting the Benidorm actress to bite back: "Well I'm not comfortable with you pressing the buzzer without consulting anyone else whether they want their letters from home or not!"
The fight wound down with the intervention of Gareth Thomas and Romeo Dunn. The Welsh rugby player confessed afterwards that he had been upset by the night's events.

Jayne Read Oh sorry and it STILL does not excuse Denise's drunken japes. She is a liiability when she's been drinking. Why bring Hefner into it anyway? If Denise was offered a Playboy shoot she would be absolutely thrilled. And she'd have her gear off in half a second. Since that is unlikely to happen she will probably continue to harangue, badmouth and annoy others whenever she's had a few - which is most nights in life. I truly pity her addiction but deplore her behaviour. A two-bit cheap UK soap actress. She was famous for being an out-of-control drunk long before she signed up for CBB. People who say she is just a fun person that loves a lighthearted 'joke' are in a way helping to keep her in this state of denial.

Jayne Read They do not pose naked 'for a living'. To do the Playboy Playmate of the Month shoot is regarded as an honour, pretty much, and it has launched countless respectable acting, modelling, presenting and other careers. They pose for one shoot only. Tastefully compared to porn. In the USA to be what we here call a glamour model - i.e. the day job, boobs out - is seen as very distasteful. Some view it as porn. America is like that! Polarised. I don't believe for one second that either twin had any interaction with Hef. They were paid to hang around and look good after two of his three longtime live-in girlfriends suddenly left. It's show business, ya know?
Their' working environment' is not what you seem to be presuming it is. Old Ma Kardashian negotiated the terms of her daughter Kim's Playboy Shoot. And SHE wanted to pose too - I kid you not - some kind of mother and daughter thing! ha ha. A Playboy shoot is an aspirational thing in the USA. It is not regarded as tacky since it is literally just a single photo-shoot. And girls desperate for fame and a chance at showbiz jump at the chance.

Julia Wade Denise has been behaving disgracefully in public (as well as in private.no doubt) for years now. Her hubby - IF he said what the press quoted him as having said - is over a barrell, really. If she comes out and reads not one word said in defense of her. despite her dreadful behaviour. she will give her family HELL. Unfortunately this IS Denise's normality. And usually she talks about it with glee, is though it was great fun to change personality on drink and viciously badmouth others.

Julie Marie Evans denise IS a sweet woman, i can vouch for that as i know her. can YOU? denise is just having fun, people seriously need to lighten up and get a grip. perhaps look at yourselves and see if youre as perfect as you expect everyone else to be...
