Big Brother brings in psychiatrist after Shievonne 'suicide' remark

Big Brother brought a psychiatrist to the house for Shievonne Robinson following remarks from the housemate about being on "suicide watch", it has been revealed.Channel 5 decided to bring in a specialist for the 29-year-old after she had a conversation with Deana Uppal about how "low" and "very depressed" she was feeling.

"When I go low, I go low," Shievonne told Deana.
"I was crying hysterically. I've had the worst three days of my life. I've been on suicide watch."
However, after speaking with Big Brother, Shievonne played down her comments, claiming that the suicide comment was "flippant".
A rep for the show said: "Channel 5 takes its duty of care towards all housemates very seriously. We are satisfied that Shievonne can continue to participate in the show."
Either Shievonne or Conor McIntyre will be evicted from the reality show tomorrow evening.
Big Brother continues daily on Channel 5.
I just have to say, it'd be nice to read a Big Brother story without thumbnails of naked Mario and Rodrigo.

from my time with my ex girlfriend who had bi-polar and when she got low... she gotlow... the thing i learnt was that speak and you wont do anything..... dont speak and you got to watch out for her.... that was serious.... but the thing that this diva is doing...... oh damn... she's attention seeking, sure she's emotional... im sure anybody who was up for eviction would be... but c'mon! " im on suicide watch " get real...get her out... let the show continue. ( obviously big brother isnt that concerned otherwise she'd be out already )

if she was bi-polar, should she be in the show? or is she giving people with the condition a bad name because if you do not really suffer from such problems you should not claim to?
