But did Sugar get it right?
Maybe you thought Laura Hogg's combo of big ego and no plan were the primary reason for the team's flop in the second hand sales task.
Or did you think Gabrielle Omar (back in the boardroom for second time) was the key reason for the defeat, thanks to her unhealthy obsession with Union Jack prints and shabby chic?
Let us know who you think should have been fired in our poll below and voice your opinions at the bottom of the page.
The Apprentice continues on Wednesdays at 9pm on BBC One.

Mark Fell At least he was quiet and well-spoken and kept his head. Yes, he's worth keeping an eye on. I've got to say at the moment though most of them come across as either bland or irritating! : )

Richard Gladman .........I've started to quite like Tom; I thought he acquitted himself well on this task

Laura should have gone, at the end of the day, these tasks are about sales, and she only sold £10s worth of products... Gabrielle should have never even been taken to the boardroom, she's always targeted by these stupid bullies! #GabrielleToWin!
