Apprentice Duane Bryan interview: 'I'll do six super-punches' - video

Duane Bryan was the latest candidate to be fired from The Apprentice last night in what many viewers considered to be a shock result in the boardroom.

He witnessed the fitness of show rival Ricky Martin and was given the knockout blow by Shugs, who couldn't forgive Duane the dreadful Beat Battle video. A promo so bad that even the sight of Azhar Siddique performing the swingaling in tiny shorts couldn't lose the task for their rivals.

Digital Spy caught up with the 29-year-old yesterday to chat out about his fitness flop, gift horses and his now infamous super-punch.
