The Mend were chosen ahead of Twist & Pulse Dance Company and Four Corners.
Simon Cowell said: "They deserve it. You can tell from the audience reaction that it was the popular choice."
Walliams added: "They really deserve a second chance, when I walk down the street, everyone's talking about The Mend."
After performing a cover of David Guetta and Usher's 'Without You', they thanked their fans for their support on Twitter and Facebook, which they believed helped their case to return for the final.
The winner of Britain's Got Talent will be announced tonight (May 12) before 10pm on ITV1.
