'X Factor' Show One - The Best & Worst: In Pictures

You may as well cancel your plans until Christmas, because The X Factor returns tonight to reclaim its crown as the nation's favourite reality show.Keep your eyes peeled for some stinking acts - Sondesh Kumar and Raymond Harding, who is compared by Gary Barlow to a "strangled animal" - and some great ones - remember the name Roxanna Arnold, because she has Tulisa Contostavlos and Kelly Rowland fighting to mentor her.
The X Factor airs at 8pm tonight on ITV1. The Xtra Factor follows at 9.15pm on ITV2.
