Losing X Factor act MK1 have declared that controversial contestant Rylan Clark "will definitely be successful" off the back of the show. The duo - individually known as Charlie Rundle and Simeon Dixon - expressed no resentment towards the former Big Brother applicant for staying in the competition at their expense.
Speaking to Digital Spy following their exit yesterday (October 21), a noticeably downbeat Rundle said: "Rylan will definitely be successful whether it's in TV or as a dancer, or even have his own show.
"I definitely would watch it. I've already designated my own section on it. I'd do the weather or the news or something."
MK1 also said that although their elimination from The X Factor could be a "blessing in disguise" as they risked "losing [their] identity", they were alarmed by suggestions from fans that there was a problem with their voting line.

MK1 with mentor Louis Walsh and host Dermot O'Leary:
"The MK1 line was frozen... I think that's one factor that affected us on the day with the votes," Dixon stated. "Our fans told us they couldn't even vote for us for a good few hours."
Before being voted off the show, the pair did win the support of Tulisa Contostavlos, who likened them to her own urban group N-Dubz.
Asked if they thought they could ever rival the judge and her bandmates, Dixon vowed: "It's an enormous task to try and reach what they've reached, but we're going to be doing everything we can to hit those levels and if not more."

"Our fans" - get a grip. You've been on a terrible show for about 3 weeks. Hate it when the acts who are booted off start looking for excuses like this.

They had fans before the X factor..

I'm more surprised that they have fans than the insinuation of blocking the line.

It would not surprise me in the least if he gets some crappy TV show on ITV2, seems to be the channel for crappy desperate 'reality' shows. This site, among others will continue to give him the column inches he so desperately craves.
