The X Factor UK bootcamp stage of the competition may be forced to change location this year, sources have claimed.Normally, contestants that are put through to the second round of auditions head to London for the bootcamp phase in front of the judges.

However, due to the Olympics, the London area is not feasible this year, according to the Daily Star.
A source said: "The Olympics has posed a huge problem for us this year. London has always been the choice venue for boot camp. But now we are having to rethink it, and fast.
"The place is completely booked out. It would be a nightmare to stage it during the Games so we'll have to move."
Manchester and Birmingham are said to be the favourites to replace London.
Simon Cowell was recently quoted as saying that he is hoping for the toughest bootcamp stage yet for the UK series this year.
Nicole Scherzinger has joined this year's judging panel with Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh and Tulisa Contostavlos.

Well if they want bootcamp tough obvious choice is a army base. After all all the army will be away guarding the Olympics due to cost cutting company employing fewer people than nessacary.
Could get Simon strutting round been butch shouting orders in big leather boots and britches.

Astounded London is "booked out", I get phone calls/emails daily from events companies trying to sell venues because there is no demand as a direct result of the Olympics
