Nicole Scherzinger officially confirmed her return to the UK version of The X Factor today, completing the 2012 judging panel.Following Kelly Rowland's one-year stint on the show, Scherzinger joins Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh and Tulisa Contostavlos for the ninth series of the reality talent contest.

But what do you make of the new-look lineup? Do you welcome the Pussycat Doll's return or should Geri Halliwell have got the nod instead?

As much as i like Nicole this year is going to be a bit dull again. Atleast with Geri or Melanie B we would had a diverse panal and the show could have its spark back. I can just imagine Geri being honnest and clashing with the other judges me with Melanie B. Oh Simon and XF team think you made a mistake here. Nicole would suit a talent show where you just judge not mentor like American Idol.

I saw her first in England on X Factor...I actually really came to like her from watching her on that show, and I thought she was a brilliant addition. I'm not surprised she didn't work out on X Factor USA. As they say, 'you can't be a rock star in your own home town'. I'm happy for her, and think she'll have a great future on the UK show.

Nicole proved that she was just a wet blanket last year and unable to give an opinion i.e. why not back on USA Xfactor... why bring her here???

Not loving Nicole on the panel. I hated her on XFactor USA. She has the personality of a mop, it should have been someone more interesting.
