Gary Barlow hints at full-time Geri Halliwell 'X Factor' role

Gary Barlow has backed Geri Halliwell's appointment as guest judge on The X Factor.The Spice Girls star, temporarily replacing Kelly Rowland on the panel, is appearing at the Liverpool auditions alongside Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh.

Barlow told The Mirror: "I know Geri Halliwell and I think she will make a good guest judge and we could be seeing more of her on the show."
The Take That singer revealed that he feels more "relaxed" about his second series on the ITV talent show, having admitted last year that he was "not enjoying" the live shows.
The 41-year-old added: "Looking back on last year the live shows were so intense.
"You have just sort of got to go, 'F**k it' and let your shoulders down and go, 'Hang on a minute, I am in control here, I can take as long as I like'.
"You have to have that attitude. I have got a year under my belt and I feel relaxed and excited."

Geri is going to be a fab judge. I can't think of anyone better to take Dannii Minogue's place. Kelly Rowland was only ever a blow in. It was always Dannii's seat, until another judge comes along who "makes it their own" :)

didn't she get booed last time nice woman but she does talk too much however if she learns to edit herself could be good.

Nooooo! Geri Halliwell is awful! All she does is bang on about her life, when giving auditionees feedback... get rid of her!

I completely agree - What on earth can Geri say from her life experiences to any X-Factor contestant? I mean, she was only in that worldwide famous band who have sold 75 million records? What does she know? The way she goes on anyone would think she holds the record for most number 1 hits by a UK female in the UK chart...They totally need to get rid.
