Simon Cowell has said that it is likely all four X Factor judges from last year will remain on the 2012 panel.According to The Sun, the Syco boss believes that Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland and Tulisa Contostavlos "should" return for a second year alongside veteran Louis Walsh.
When asked about the panel, Cowell is quoted as saying: "My gut feeling is all four should come back."

Irish mogul Walsh last week said that Rowland is the only panellist whose position he was "not sure about".
The 59-year-old seemed to suggest Nicole Scherzinger, who recently announced her exit from The X Factor USA, as a possible replacement.
Meanwhile, Barlow and Contostavlos have consistently outlined their desire to stay on the ITV talent show.

People judged Gary for what he said on the panel... they missed the most important thing: what the judges did when the lights were OFF. That's the moment you really see who is who. He really CARED of his acts. He was PRESENT in the house more than all the other judges, even if he was the most busy by far (CIN, TT, Jubilee, his own label, etc.). He sang with the, had more reharsals than the others with them, he explained them how to deal with the music industry after the show. He never did silly things to gain people's approval (like Tulisa eating burgers with Little Mix and so on..). Tulisa missed one of her acts reharsals because the night before she was partying and got drunk. She missed a radio interview for the same reason. But people were just interested in seeing her jumping and screeming on her heels. She was mean with Craig Colton and with Misha B... but people never cared. She showed her 360° ignorance about Aretha Franklin and she was so arrogant to say "the song is too old, of course I don't know it". People agreed with "oh, she's honest, because she admitted she didn't know the song". I say well "let's burn Shakesperare, he's so old". Let's ignore Etta James and Dionne Warwick, they're old! Poor silly girl. What I mean is that people used different measures when it came to judge the judges. They allowed everything because of Tulisa's boobs and they never cared of Gary's effort. He got to be USEFUL for his acts. This was pretty clear even when he sang with Marcus the last week...Kelly and Tulisa sang to shine..he sang to make Marcus shine.

Honestly who & why do people give a crap about such a blatant ITV/The Sun cash cow.....stop being lazy by treating this steaming turd of a TV programme...report something that is newsworthy.
