The singer, who is engaged to partner Sam Cooper, joked that unless Simon Cowell "forces" her, she will not be on the panel.
When asked if she is going to be a judge on the show, she tweeted: "No, I'm not, I'm really, really not."
Asked by Edith Bowman if she was sure, Allen quipped: "Not unless Simon Cowell becomes an evil dictator and forces me to do it against my will or threatens to hang, draw and quarter me, which is actually not too far beyond the realms of possibility. So maybe."
It was reported in March that the 26-year-old had held talks with ITV and had been offered a six-figure contract to join the programme.
Responding to the reports, she previously jested: "I'll only do it if there's a 'pop songs in a foreign language week'."
An announcement on the UK X Factor judging panel is expected in the coming days.

Thank god, couldn't do with her spouting her usual nonsense on one of the few programmes I actually enjoy watching for a little escapism.
