As Dermot told us several times last night, it's the worst time in the competition to leave. Misha B just missed out on the X Factor
final at Wembley yesterday, but she reminded us just how amazing she is with a stonking final performance.
Now that she's had time to sleep on it, we gave Misha a ring to find out how she's feeling about leaving the show, how she's getting on with Tulisa and Louis these days, and what she thinks about comeback kid Amelia Lily making the final... So now it's the morning after, how are you feeling?
"I am on cloud nine right now. Cloud nine."You took your elimination really well - were you relieved to be leaving the competition?
"No, I'm just very grateful that I've had the chance to live my dreams and make my dreams a reality on a platform in front of millions of people all over the world. It's great - I had the greatest mentor, Kelly Rowland."Last night Kelly said she'd do whatever it takes to support you - are you going to take her up on that?
"I already know she will, there's no taking up on it. Kelly for me, she's more than a mentor. She's been a guardian angel and she's like a sister to me."It was great to see you rapping again last night - you kind of stopped doing that during the show. Why was that?
"Well, I'm not just a rapper. I'm not just a singer. And I'm not just a performer. I think X Factor
for me is showcasing what you can do on so many different levels, so sometimes it might be just me, the mic and the music. Sometimes it might be me, the music, the rapping and the performing. So it's just different variations."On Saturday night Gary said you couldn't win because of the comments made about you earlier in the competition - did you agree with that?
"I love Gary, I absolutely love Gary, and I'm just so grateful for his support throughout the competition. I have nothing but good things to say about him. In terms of what he said on Saturday night, I totally understand what he was saying."What's your relationship with Tulisa and Louis like now, after those earlier comments?
"You know, I didn't really get a chance to see many of the other judges. I only by chance got to see Gary a lot because he used to come round to the house when I was there. But we're cool - Tulisa, cool, Louis. It's all love."Everyone seemed to agree that you were really talented but you ended up in the bottom two a couple of times and now you're out before the final - why do you think your talent didn't quite translate into votes?
"Um, I can't actually quite say. You know, I actually can't say."You had a brilliant exit, though - a great performance, the crowd chanting your name. How did it feel to go out on such a high?
"Amazing, you know. This is just the beginning. When one door shuts, another one opens - life is what you make it."Your costumes, hair and production were amazing throughout the competition - was that one of the bits you really enjoyed about the show?
"Totally. I mean, everything combined to make the X Factor
experience so worthwhile - that's the stylists, that's the hair stylists, that's the make-up artists, that's working with Kelly, working with the producers, working with everybody behind the scenes. I feel like the people behind the scenes have worked the hardest."
Kelly really seemed to love working with you - what was your relationship like?

"Kelly is incredible, incredible. She is incredibly talented and an incredible person."Did you enjoy her performance last night?
"Enjoy? Enjoy is an understatement! Did you see that? Out of this world."Is Kelly your biggest inspiration at the moment?
"At the moment? She's inspired me since I was a little girl, growing up listening to Destiny's Child. She's incredible."You said on The Xtra Factor that you're interested in acting - are you hoping to pursue that now?
"Yeah!"What sort of thing - theatre? TV? Film?
"Film, yeah."So what was your highlight from The X Factor?
"My highlight would have to be everything combined. The memories I have of being and performing and rehearsing and getting ready for the performance each week; working with such incredible people like the producers, the people behind the music, the people behind the costumes, make-up; being behind the scenes; Kelly Rowland. The whole experience - working with the other contestants, meeting such lovely people."Who are you backing to win now?
"I'm backing them all to win but I have my favourites. Marcus and Little Mix. I feel if I was at home watching it would be them I'd be going crazy for every week."How are you feeling about Amelia being in the final after she came back quite a way through the competition?
"I am over the moon for Mels. Mels is like my little sister - she used to call me her mum. She went for a reason but came back for a reason. She came back fighting and I'm so happy - she deserves it."What's next for you in the next couple of months, then?
"We've got the tour early next year so that's going to take up quite some time, but regardless of that I'm just going to continue to go on, keep performing, making music and hopefully be a success."So we can expect a Misha B album?
"Totally. Totally!"The X Factor final begins on Saturday at 8pm on ITV1.
