Ant & Dec
have faced their first ever I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here
bushtucker trial in order to raise money for charity.
The duo were asked to take part in their first trial as part of ITV1's Text Santa charity project, which they will host with Holly Willoughby on Christmas Eve.
They filmed the trial - named 'Celebrity Cyclone' - before they left Australia at the end of this year's series, which was won by Dougie Poynter
The pair had to climb a large, slippery slide in the infamous challenge, while attempting to touch down on four markers with a giant star, each worth £25,000.
While trying to climb up the slope, they were barraged with plastic balls, foam, water and wind.
"It was so much harder than we had expected it to be," said Ant. "It has certainly made us appreciate the efforts of the celebrities that take part in the show and do trial after trial."
Dec added: "We were exhausted at the end of it. We really enjoyed it though and the crew certainly took delight in seeing us suffer!
"We never thought we'd do a bushtucker trial, but we couldn't turn down such a great opportunity to raise so much money for the Text Santa campaign."Text Santa
