The manufacturer's One X and One S handsets will play host to Google's next-generation software, but updates for other devices are yet to be confirmed.
"We know HTC fans are excited to get their hands on Google's latest version of Android," said a HTC spokesperson.
"At this point in time, we can confirm that we have plans to upgrade our HTC One X, HTC One XL and HTC One S to Jelly Bean.
"Please stay tuned for more updates regarding device upgrades, timing and other details about HTC and Jelly Bean."
It is yet to be confirmed whether the company's other bestselling handsets, such as the budget HTC One V or the HTC Sensation, will also receive the update.
Google's Android 4.1 Jelly Bean launched with the release of the Nexus 7 tablet this month.

I just hope when HTC have finished tweaking it to their liking, 3 then don't spend forever messing around with it before sending it OTA.

Looking forward to getting the update on my One S. It'll probably be at least a couple months before we see this update as HTC Sense needs to be wrapped around those Jelly Beans.
