TalkTalk remains most complained-about ISP

The watchdog revealed that the ISP attracts 0.56 complaints per 1,000 customers, the majority of which were about line faults and service issues.
BT was next on the list with 0.38 complaints per 1,000 customers, while Sky and Virgin Media garnered the least complaints with 0.15 and 0.17 complaints per 1,000 customers respectively.
Although TalkTalk has topped Ofcom's customer dissatisfaction table for some time, its ratio of complaints appears to be on the slide, down from 0.61 during the previous quarter.
Ofcom measured customer satisfaction in the Pay TV market for the first time, reporting that BT Vision received the most negative feedback, while Sky boasted the highest level of satisfaction.
However, the volume of complaints against BT in this sector showed signs of decline from Q4 2011 to Q1 2012, falling from 0.38 to 0.27 complaints per 1,000 users. Sky and Virgin Media remained steady on 0.3 and 0.8/0.7 respectively.

We have Tallktalk and on the 80 MB/s however since our home move we are only getting 50.88mbps we also have BT Infinity option 2 80 MB/s and since the home move with them all is fine never had 1 single issue with speed we are 100 Meters away from the Fibre st cabinet and on BT we get 76.9 MB/s, with TalkTalk we have spent more time talktalk on phone to them than the service that we are paying for. Past 5 weeks we had issues keep saying it pends on the distance you are to the st cabinet they never knew untill I told them we have BT same connection speed same cabinet and same distance to property. BT openreach came out yesturday fixed the issue for all or an hour with down speed of 76.9 MB/s and then back to 50.88MB/s told to wait and see what happens with another new ticket and complaint, told them get it sorted or I will be wanting a full refund of service and compensation they are really a sodding joke, they have till Friday to fix it or they can have me put in a cancelation request DO NOT use TALKTALK.

Utility Warehouse are a TalkTalk reseller, your faults are passed through the same SMC on their way to Openreach, your service is provided from the same MSAN as a TalkTalk customer - You just pay a different service provider(who in turn pay TalkTalk) - Congrats on jumping on the TalkTalk hating bandwagon though
