Apple's iPhone 4S is the most popular phone in the UK, according to a report.Research complied by comparison site uSwitch suggests that the iOS handset has eclipsed the Samsung Galaxy S2 in the territory.

Android devices dominated the top ten, accounting for seven of the eight remaining spots. HTC's One X claimed third place ahead of Samsung's Galaxy Note and Galaxy Ace.
"After ruling the roost for 11 consecutive months, it will be a bitter blow for Samsung that they couldn't maintain the number one spot for an entire year," Ernest Doku, technology expert at uSwitch.com, said.
"The Galaxy S II has been a worthy and enduring bestseller, significantly undercutting the iPhone on pay monthly whilst providing a close parity of features, but official word surrounding an imminent sequel has really slowed sales this month."
Interest in the 20 million-selling Galaxy S2 is thought to have peaked ahead of the launch of its successor tomorrow (May 3). Samsung is expected to unveil the quad processor Galaxy S3 in London.
Doku added: "If the current buzz is anything to go by, the next Samsung Galaxy phone could really make a strong impact on the May charts, from pre-order interest alone. This is without a doubt the most excited we've ever seen consumers over a non-Apple device."
The iPhone 4 16GB model claimed a second top ten spot for Apple, coming in eighth.

Scott Martin I think i like the lay out better on the Iphone I know spec wise its not as good as the S2 but I also think i am used to the Iphone had once since the first Iphone.
Might sound strange i like the feel of the phone better and the shape.....
But i guess every one likes different things. And i guess every phone has good points and bad points.

Mark Ward That's fair enough, but what exactly didnt you like about it? The UI is perfect IMO, you can have up to 7 home screens and customize them however you want. It has a 4.3" screen which makes gaming much better than playing on the iPhone's 3.5". You can install apps that arent available from the google play store, something apple wont let you do, and it can run any game you throw at it (it has double the RAM of the iPhone and a faster processor).
Ive not spent much time with the iPhone so I dont know how customizable the homescreens are, but for reference here is how ive got my S2 screens layed out:
