'Coronation Street': Leanne, Nick reunion seen by 8.1m

Coronation Street topped the 8m mark on Monday evening (June 25) as Leanne and Nick reunited, overnight figures show.The ITV1 soap pulled in 7.91m (38.8%) at 7.30pm and 167k (0.7%) on +1 as Nick declared his love for his ex-wife, while 8.08m (35.7%) watched at 8.30pm and 221k (1.0%) on timeshift as Leanne pledged her future to the Bistro boss.

EastEnders, meanwhile, attracted 7.47m (34.0%) at 8pm on BBC One as Janine and Michael's newborn baby daughter fought for her life. BBC Three's repeat screening had a strong 951k (4.8%) at 10pm.
Emmerdale interested 6.25m (34.0%) at 7pm as Chas and Cameron planned to flee the village, while 150k (0.7%) watched an hour later.
Hollyoaks delivered a solid 1.04m (6.1%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as Mercedes began to terrorise Mitzeee again, while the shocking events in E4's first look were witnessed by 522k (2.8%) at 7pm.
Over on Channel 5, Neighbours grabbed 590k (9.2%) at 1.45pm and 841k (6.5%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away managed 638k (4.1%) at 6pm and 429k (2.5%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.

Peter wouldn't want a sour faced, bitter, jealous, hypocritical trollop like saint Leanne, when he has someone as beautiful as Carla. The majority of people prefer Peter with Carla but he is yet to convince me he is worthy of her, he behaves like a pig at times
hopefully sour faced leanne and dim nick will bog off into the sunset soon and give peter his kid back

Paul -- a bitter, sour faced, jealous, hypocritical cow like saint Leanne is nearly enough to stop me from watching Corrie. I am hoping that her and dim Nick mysteriously disappear in the near future.
Peter has just given her his only child but that miserable ungrateful selfish trollop is still not happy, she will only be happy if Peter and Carla split up. Sanctimonious cow.

I prefered Leanne and Peter together but have to admit he really doesnt deserve her ,Wonder how long the Leanne and Nick reunion will last this time ?
