Posting pictures on Twitter, the 20-year-old gushed: "Feel so lucky to witness the things I have, never mind be a part of it.
"I've been here a week and seen and learnt more than I probably will ever do."
One report last week claimed that Vincent broke down while presenting the one-off programme, which aims to raise awareness of HIV in the poverty-stricken East African country.

The star, calling on more support from the UK, added: "People need to realise that these people live a life of major poverty.
"Yet I have not met one person without a smile on their face! All I can say is I will never take things for granted ever again."
Corrie Goes To Kenya will air sometime in July.

Life changing!!!! Why not give the cost of your mercedes car to help these children if you feel strongly enough or take a year off and go and live with the people at grass-roots. Eh! We did for 12 years and now we cannot get funding to carry on because people come with their bling and pretend everything will be fixed. Nonsense I certainly won't be watching this.
