'EastEnders' to air new pregnancy storyline?

EastEnders has another pregnancy storyline on the way as one Walford female will soon discover that she is expecting a baby, a report has revealed.

Inside Soap's new issue says that either Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace), Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa), Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) or Mandy Salter (Nicola Stapleton) is the woman in question, and the storyline will begin later this year.





The news could add a whole new significance to recent events on the Square, along with twists which are about to be screened in the next couple of weeks.

EastEnders viewers have recently seen Kat cheat on husband Alfie with delivery man Mark, which could mean another 'Who's the daddy?' plot if she's the woman who's about to receive the surprise news.

Rumours that Lauren could fall pregnant have been circulating for some time - and, if the plot goes that way, it looks likely that Tyler would be the father as they have a one-night stand later this week.

Meanwhile, Lola sleeps with Ben Mitchell towards the end of the month, and Mandy looks set to start planning a future with Ian Beale after he proposes in Thursday night's episode. Could there be a new arrival for the Mitchell or Beale families next year?

Further details about the storyline are expected to be revealed later in the year.
