'EastEnders' Tameka Empson wants Kim, Ray wedding

EastEnders star Tameka Empson has tipped her character Kim to marry boyfriend Ray in a future storyline.The 35-year-old comedienne, who has played Denise Fox's eccentric sister since 2009, believes she has a strong on-screen chemistry with co-star Chucky Venn.

"Chucky and I work well together, and the fans tell me they love seeing Kim and Ray as a couple," she told Inside Soap.
"It would be nice to see her and Ray go the distance, though - Kim and Ray's wedding is something I'd love to see."
However, Empson also divulged that the Albert Square couple will face problems over the coming months.
Possibly hinting that Ray will be revealed as Kat's secret lover, she added: "You're going to see Kim get mad!
"She's normally very happy-go-lucky, so when life really hits her hard, how will she deal with it?"

Omg i luv Kim - she's hilarious! Everything in EastEnders is so gloomy so its nice to have a bit of comedy from Kim, and her and Ray make a great couple. Let them get married, have a good life and put a bit of happiness into EastEnders for once - there's only so much doom and gloom one can take

So over the top. Its not acting its just showing of and being loud. Much like the fat boy character. Eastenders are desperate for there black characters to come across as loveable and not nasty that they have lost any sense of realism. What with Patrick still doing his over the top comedy jamacan over acting snapping his fingers and saying axe instead of ask,the show is becoming a mixture of Desmonds and Goodness Gracous me...All slapstick comedy and zero realism...Is that really reflecting The East End of London. Lets ask Operation Trident shall we?

Yes, Jim Buckle, I agree - but watch out for the Thought Police when you say things like that. I hate the Kim character; all she does is bounce and twitch. Is that acting?
And I wish she would put her tits away: I'm usually watching it at mealtime and it isn't conducive to good digestion!

What a ridiculous notion. Ray belongs with Kat and Kim might be better suited to tiresome mumbling twit Alfie.
