POTD: 'EastEnders' Ian in financial trouble

EastEnders businessman Ian Beale receives a dire warning about his finances in tonight's (May 1) episode of the soap.Ian (Adam Woodyatt) must deal with pressure from all directions this evening as his accountant turns up at the café just as he's facing a health inspection.
To Ian's surprise, speaking to his accountant proves to be the most stressful experience as he hears that he must curb his spending immediately.
The accountant warns that Ian is on the verge of losing everything if he doesn't change his ways, but will he listen as he remains desperate to impress fiancée Mandy?

Can't have any sympathy for Ian after the way he was so callous to Bianca when she hit skid row. Then to make it even worse, sacking her! What goes around, comes around!

Kevin Leonard i doubt it'll even get that far, if the viewers are dipping, and cast leaving, it wont be long until we see " the end of eastenders " splashed across digital spy.

You got it in one everything at the moment on Enders is a re-hash as they try to figure out what is going wrong with viewing figures. They also have a real life cast problem when the majority of the actors are demanding time off to do other things (they will all be looking for work which pays more and is less stressful no doubt or in their words more taxing and diverse opportunities to display my talent) I feel it will take E.E. A good 12 months before it is back on track with the deadwood cleared out. By that I mean the script writers and story plotters who along with the cast have all been allowed to drift into a series of dead ends and cop outs.
