British Soap Awards - 'Best Actress', 'Storyline' videos released

British Soap Awards bosses have released new clips showing off two of the big moments from last night's ceremony.

As seen in the video below, former Hollyoaks actress Claire Cooper was visibly shocked as Larry Lamb named her as the public's choice for 'Best Actress'.

Cooper, who bowed out as fan favourite Jacqui McQueen earlier this year, had been up against Michelle Keegan, Jennie McAlpine, Nina Wadia and Jessie Wallace in the category.

The second video shows Coronation Street's Alan Halsall, Natalie Gumede and Jennie McAlpine picking up the 'Best Storyline' prize for the dark tale of Kirsty's abuse of Tyrone.

'Hollyoaks' introduces Jason Roscoe in new video - watch

Hollyoaks bosses have released a new video interview with Alfie Browne-Sykes, who arrives as Jason Roscoe.

Jason is Robbie's twin sibling and has been billed as intelligent, kind-hearted and destined for success. He and Robbie couldn't be more different but they have a strong bond.

Teasing Jason's upcoming arrival, Browne-Sykes said: "My character is different to his brothers. He is sensitive and a nice person, but underneath all of that he is meant to be a really talented boxer. Once the boxing starts, you will be seeing a lot of my torso!

"I am different to my character. When Jason is around other people, he can't interact as well as I can."

The full Roscoe family are united on screen on Thursday, May 23 at 6.30pm on Channel 4.

Waterloo Road's Dynasty Barry is left questioning her future at the school in tonight's episode (May 16) as her ex-boyfriend Steve-O Malone turns up following a stint in jail.

Played by former Shameless and EastEnders star Jody Latham, Steve-O tries to convince Dynasty to quit her studies and move back to Liverpool with him.

Dynasty is tempted by Steve-O's suggestion but knows that she has lots of reasons to stay at Waterloo Road, including her growing feelings for Kevin Chalk (Tommy Lawrence Knight).

Digital Spy recently caught up with Abby Mavers, who plays Dynasty, to hear what fans can expect from the storyline.

Corrie, 'EastEnders', 'Emmerdale', 'Waterloo Road': Schedule changes

Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale and Waterloo Road all have schedule changes in the week commencing May 26.

With the Britain's Got Talent live shows returning, Corrie moves to 9pm for the week and we get one less Emmerdale episode than usual.

Elsewhere, EastEnders changes its usual schedule for the week with a change in transmission days and some earlier starts, while Waterloo Road moves from Thursday to Wednesday.

'EastEnders': Alice Branning to struggle with Janine deception

Alice Branning struggles with divided loyalties on EastEnders next week as she feels torn between Michael Moon and Janine Butcher.

Last night (May 13), viewers saw Janine hire Alice (Jasmyn Banks) as baby Scarlett's nanny, providing her with a perfect opportunity to keep tabs on Janine and report back to Michael (Steve John Shepherd).

Alice is initially happy to be Michael's spy as her crush on him is stronger than ever.

However, Alice later feels guilty when Janine (Charlie Brooks) starts to make an effort with her, which leads to the pair striking up an unlikely bond. Janine even gives Alice some extra money for being such a great nanny.
