'True Blood' star Anna Paquin: 'I'll never be a hipless supermodel'

Anna Paquin has said that she has learned to accept her curvy body.

The True Blood star revealed that she knows she will never be as thin as a supermodel, adding that she has no desire to lose her figure.



"I'm 5'4" and change! I know I will never be like Gisele Bündchen, and I also know I will never be a hipless, assless supermodel," Paquin told Fashion Magazine.

The actress went on to speak about her red carpet wardrobe, saying she prefers to wear clothing she can move in.

"I'm not a ball gown kind of girl," Paquin explained. "I don't think the red carpet is my prom. I prefer edgier cuts and darker designs because they suit me."

She added: "I have to be able to sit, stand, walk properly and shake hands in an outfit without feeling confined. I've spent a lot of time figuring out what looks good for my body for fittings, and I've taken notes."

The Sookie Stackhouse actress recently addressed her decision to come out as bisexual, insisting she does not regret the public revelation.
