A source told The Sun: "Will.i.am loves the food. It makes a change from backstage catering, restaurants and hotels. Cheryl has always been interested in food but recently started taking it seriously. It's a way to unwind."
Meanwhile, a separate insider divulged to Reveal magazine that Cole has offered will.i.am advice on how to appeal to the British public.
The informant said: "She's giving him advice on everything, from his manner to his appearance.
"She told him to cut back on the name-dropping, as it may work in America but it doesn't go down well over here. And she's given him loads of tips on how to adjust his performance for a British audience.
"Cheryl's also suggested that he should show more empathy and not be afraid of showing emotion on the show. And she's delighted with the results."

It's funny.. 40 years ago, we had news articles detailing the exploits of the various rock stars, which seemed to be pretty much take lots of drugs, have lots of sex with groupies, drink lots, trash hotel rooms and die young. The sort of things that make Cheryl's own exploits (such as hitting nightclub toilet attendants) look tame.
Now we get Cheryl Cole cooking for someone and Lilly Alan giving a lot of people lip (which, in fairness, is sometimes quite funny). Even The Beatles (who were almost saints compared to a lot of the stars of their era) were heavily into drugs.
Now, I am not defending drugs, but I just find it funny that a lot of music seems to have lost it's rebellious spirit..

perhaps not reading an article about her will ease your discomfort at hearing about her. Just a suggestion.
