Thornton's son in underage sex probe

Billy Bob Thornton's teenage son is being quizzed by police following allegations that he was a victim of unlawful sex.

Willie Thornton, 14, is co-operating with authorities after he allegedly slept with a 22-year-old woman.

His lover's ex-boyfriend became jealous of the affair and reported the pair to the Los Angeles Police Department, according to TMZ.

Actor Billy Bob has also been questioned by the force's sex crimes unit, which has launched an "active investigation".
