Adam Lambert shows off bleached hair: 'Change is good'

Adam Lambert has debuted his new bleached hair on Twitter.

The former American Idol star uploaded a photograph of his new look to the social networking site yesterday (August 7).



Lambert, who is seen wearing a dark top and plugs in the picture, added the caption: "New 'Do."

He later posted: "You ask Why? Why not? ;) change is good," before continuing: "Even more excited to play dress up in Japan now! #chromeashplatinumfantasy."

Lambert, who came second on American Idol in 2009, was recently linked to a role on the show's judging panel.

He has also reassured fans that he will go on tour "when the time is right".
