Katherine Jenkins upset by Cheryl Cole, Derek Hough friendship?

Katherine Jenkins has reportedly been left upset by the close bond between her rumoured boyfriend Derek Hough and Cheryl Cole.

The classical singer, who was romantically linked to her Dancing with the Stars colleague earlier this month, is said to feel "like a third wheel" around the close friends.



"She feels Cheryl has too much influence over him," a source told Now. "It's normal for them, but Katherine felt like a third wheel.

"Cheryl's a good friend of Derek's, but it's becoming a sticking point for Katherine. Every girl wants to feel they're most important."

The publication also claims that Cole feels "mortified" after being alerted to Jenkins's concerns, though a representative for the Popstar to Operastar judge has apparently dismissed the story altogether.

Jenkins split with fiancé Gethin Jones in December, while Hough and Cole have repeatedly been the subject of dating rumours.
