Tom Cruise has reunited with his daughter Suri in New York City.The Rock of Ages actor met up with his 6-year-old child for the first time since his divorce with Katie Holmes was filed.

Cruise will have no contact with Holmes during his several days with Suri, reports TMZ.
The star reportedly picked Suri up at Katie Holmes's apartment, but made no contact with his former partner, having been inside for under five minutes.

Cruise wrapped filming of his latest film Oblivion in California yesterday (July 17) before flying to New York City.
He was last seen in public with Suri and Holmes on June 16 at Sushi Samba in Reykjavik, Iceland.
Holmes and Suri were recently involved in a car accident in New York, but neither sustained any injuries.

I really do feel sorry for the poor girl, hopefully when all of this is over between Katie and Tom she can start to live a normal life.

I've been accidentally next to a major celeb when the pap cameras went off. When those flash guns go it's terrifying. It's like a bomb going off next to you. The shouting, the shoving and the intense lights going. It's horrible, absolutely horrible. Poor little Suri shouldn't have to endure that.

I have a daughter born the same time as Suri and I'd be carrying her if all those people were chasing me ! The little girl is probably frightened , I know my daughter would be .
