Appearing on Good Morning America, Osbourne updated fans on his 80% vision loss, saying: "My vision is coming back slowly."
He went on to explain that he has the "most common and least aggressive" form of MS and is using proper diet and exercise as well as getting adequate rest as a way to combat the illness.
"It's a recipe for good living, really," he said. "It's kind of manageable."
Osbourne recently hit back at the media coverage of his MS diagnosis, claiming that the press has sensationalised his health issue.
