Justin Bieber hits out at paparazzi: 'Have a little respect'

Justin Bieber has called on the press to respect his privacy.

The 'Boyfriend' singer took to Twitter yesterday (June 26) to express his annoyance at photographers disrupting his golf game in Calabasas, CA.

"Dear paps… golf is supposed to be a relaxing sport… u arent supposed to be in the bushes yelling at me with cameras. Let me finish the game (sic)," Bieber tweeted.

He went on to add: "Gonna stay focused. Back at it. Not gonna focus on the negative. Just a little respect would help."

Bieber was involved in a physical scuffle with a photographer while leaving a cinema with girlfriend Selena Gomez in May.

The popstar is currently the subject of a battery investigation over the matter and the case has been referred to LA prosecutors.
