The reality star received the diagnosis just three weeks after welcoming baby daughter Pearl Clementine with his fiancée Lisa Stelly.
He explained while appearing on chat show The Talk that he was axed via email by producers of a new show who did not believe he would be able to front the reality contest.
"I had booked a job, right when I got diagnosed, and the company didn't think I could actually perform the job," he said.
"Out of everything, that's what has really ticked me off the most because it's like, 'Don't tell me what I can and cannot do'. At no point did they call me. It was all through agents and lawyers - I was offended by it."
His mother Sharon Osbourne sarcastically added: "It was a really nice email."
While Jack Osbourne did not name the talk show, The Sun claims that it was NBC's Stars Earn Stripes, where soldiers put celebrities through military exercises.
Jack Osbourne has since hit out at the media for the handling of his MS diagnosis, saying that he is "not dying".

I wonder what the job was. I wouldn't be surprised if it was physical, but what if it wasn't.
