Evangelista and Pinault have a 5-year-old son, Augie, together from a four-month affair.
She claims Augie's expenses include between $15,000 (£9,275) and $16,000 (£9,890) a month for ex-NYPD detectives to act as chauffeurs, and a 24-hour nanny costing almost $7,000 (£4,300) a month, the New York Post
The model's lawyer William Beslow said yesterday (May 3) in court: "After some initial happiness, he told her he wished she would terminate the pregnancy."
Pinault said in court: "I asked her what was her intention with the pregnancy. I was not involved in the decision of having babies.
"We were dating four months and I didn't even know her very much."
The hearing of the child support dispute is expected to last four days.
