Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon renew their wedding vows

Mariah Carey has renewed her wedding vows to husband Nick Cannon.

The late night ceremony took place on top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris yesterday (April 27).



According to The Sun, the couple, who married in the Bahamas four years ago, get remarried every year.

Carey wrote about the ceremony late last night on Twitter, and thanked fans for their support.

She tweeted: "Tonight was an incredible night, I can't express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel tower.

"Thank you so much to all the fans who came out as always and showed their love and support. I love you!"

Cannon was recently hospitalised for what turned out to be a "lupus-type" autoimmune disease.

He recently said of his marriage to Carey: "We get married every year; it's our thing. I just have to keep doing it to make sure it's real!"
