The official autopsy report into the death of Whitney Houston has been released. The document confirms a previous statement by the LA Coroner's Office that the singer's accidental drowning was likely brought on by a possible overdose "on a narcotic substance, prescription medications, over the counter medications and alcohol".
The coroner also listed "chronic" cocaine use and heart disease as contributing to Houston's death.

The 'I Will Always Love You' singer was apparently found face down with a "bloody purge coming from her nose" in her hotel bathtub on the night of her death.
The state of Houston's Beverly Hilton hotel room was also described in the report, with officials disclosing that possible drug paraphernalia was present at the time of her death.
The official coroner's report states: "Located on the south portion of the counter was a small spoon with a white crystal-like substance in it and a rolled up piece of white paper, along with other miscellaneous items.
"Located in the top drawer, in the north side of the counter were remnants of a white powdery substance, and a portable mirror on a base."
Additional white powder was discovered at the mirror's base.
The coroner also made clear that no foul play was suspected in Houston's death.

Houston was found dead on Saturday, February 11, mere hours before she was to attend her mentor Clive Davis's pre-Grammy party also at the Beverly Hilton.
The iconic performer, who admitted to battling drug addiction throughout her life, was said to have been in ill health in her final weeks. She apparently even failed a heart examination just two weeks before her shocking passing.
Tributes to Houston engulfed social media on the night of her death, with stars including Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Randy Jackson and Simon Cowell offering condolences to her family.
Jennifer Hudson offered her own remembrance of Houston at the 2012 Grammy Awards in a cover version of Houston and Dolly Parton's hit 'I Will Always Love You'.
Houston was laid to rest nearly one week later in front of family and friends such as Stevie Wonder and Alicia Keys at the New Hope Baptist Church in Westfield, New Jersey.
The pop star - who sold more than 170 million albums globally - was 48 years old at the time of her death.

No where in the article does it state, that, cocaine was found in the hotel room. It's the same old rubbish.
i.e Likely brought on by possible OD, small spoon with a white crystal-like substance in it and a rolled up piece of white paper, possible drug paraphernalia was present at the time of her death, remnants of a white powdery substance. If these white substances were drugs, e.g coke tests would have proved it by now.
It's all assumption.
The coroner also listed "chronic" cocaine use and heart disease as contributing to Houston's death.
Means contributed not cause of.
We all know, that Whitney had big drug problems through out her life which would have damaged her body immensely, but it would be nice to have the facts and not what the media think are the facts just to glorify the cause of her death.

It seems as if people nowadays get a sense of joy out of seeing other people struggle with their demons not realizing that they have their own. Quit pointing out other peoples demons and focus on combating your own. Whitney Houston may have had her demons, but she not only knew but understood that there was a God who would deliver her from the battle that she was going through and now finally she can rest in peace. Amen!

Adam Dawson firstly as I said before you don’t know that is 100% true because you don’t know her personally do you? Just because she said she was clean in interviews doesn’t mean she was telling the truth as her erratic behaviour indicated. If the coroner said that cocaine was involved then I’m pretty sure he or she knows what they are talking about.
