The singer has spoken of his brother Andrew's cancer battle in recent weeks, after spending time with his family in Australia. Last week, Andre said that he was not dealing "very well" with news that the cancer had spread.
"At the moment, my brother Andrew is recovering from his operations for his cancer, and the big news is in a couple of weeks he's moving over to live with me with his wife Magda," he confirmed in his New magazine column.
"They're going to live with me and my other brothers Mike, Danny and Chris in my house and we're going to look after him while he has treatment."
Explaining the reasons behind the move, he continued: "Our whole family discussed it and decided it together. My parents, who live in Australia, are nearly 80 and I really don't want them to see Andrew going through the chemotherapy and all that stuff. My dad had such terrific treatment over here when he was ill last year, so he knows that it's the best place for Andrew.
"I'm going to build a small extension onto my house so there's room for everyone! It's not definite they're all going to move in, but at the moment that's the plan. I need an extension so that when I've got the kids there will be room for all of us."
Thanking fans for their concern Andre also said that famous friends including Kerry Katona, Amy Childs and Gino D'Acampo had offered their support. He added: "I've also had a good chat with Robin Gibbs's wife, Edwina."

Pretty good reputation for treating foreigners maybe. Bit crap if you worked all your life in the UK and paid all your life towards the NHS however.

I know someone who came here for cancer treatment and their government covered the expense. Apparently we have a pretty good reputation where cancer treatment is concerned.

hope he is going private, as some people who are born in England have to fight for the proper help and care and rely on MacMillan and other cancer charities.
Though I do believe being with all his family will help him feel much better.
