"I am a jeans lover. I literally live in them," she shared to People. "So I wanted them to be as comfortable as they make me feel."
20% of the sales for every pair of 'Kaley' skinny jeans purchased will be donated to the Friends of Animals Foundation, a non-profit no-kill rescue and shelter for animals.
Cuoco said: "It wasn't a tough choice. We have to give a voice to the creatures that don't have one."
The Big Bang Theory star recently announced her engagement to her boyfriend Josh Resnik.
Cuoco will host the People's Choice Awards 2012, airing January 11, 2012 on CBS.

It is great that Kaley adopted a dog from FOA but Friends of Animals Foundation is not a humane no-kill rescue.
Kaley should go to the facility and spend at least a month volunteering do some research and learn the true reality of the living conditions of the majority of the animals at this facility.
The rescue was cited by LA animal services in 2011 to improve the living conditions of the animal.
It was volunteers who put together money for an overhead to help protect the unseen dogs on the back of the property Thsi tarp was damaged for years.
FOA has the financial means and support to improve the living condition of its animals and refused to do so for years.
They do not foster any animals. Animals live in cages for years at FOA.
Please contact them and ask that they become a true "animal rescue".
