Lily Allen breaks silence after baby joy

Lily Allen has spoken for the first time since giving birth late last month.

The 'Smile' singer welcomed a baby daughter with her husband Sam Cooper on November 25, though no official announcement has been made from the couple.



Allen has now returned to Twitter for the first time since that date to thank fans for their congratulatory gifts and messages.

"Thank you for all the flowers and lovely messages everybody," she wrote, seemingly confirming her baby joy. "Very touching indeed. nuff luv x x"

The last message left by Allen on the social networking site simply said: "Totes Amaze."

Amanda Holden and Myleene Klass are among the celebrities to have tweeted their well wishes to Allen.
