Lauren Conrad dating Cheryl Cole's ex Derek Hough?

Lauren Conrad is reportedly dating Dancing with the Stars dancer Derek Hough.

The former Hills star is said to have been spotted out with Hough at Jason Scoppa's weekly live music show at the Sayers Club in Hollywood.

"They've been on a few dates together," a source told E!

"They were pretty cosy. Definitely playful and flirty. They were close to each other. He had his arm around her waist. They were dancing and also holding hands."

A security guard is said to have blocked the couple from the view of waiting photographers when they left the club.

Hough was rumoured to have been dating Cheryl Cole, while Conrad recently split from her long-term boyfriend Kyle Howard.

I thought he was gay? Haven't there been rumours about him for years? I thought nobody bought the whole story that he was dating Cheryl because of all the rumours about him.
