Lara Bingle sacks agent Max Markson

Lara Bingle has severed ties with her representative Max Markson, it has been reported.

The Australian model, who recently split from cricketer Michael Clarke following her involvement in a nude photograph scandal, is believed to blame him for her recent lost contract with Vodafone.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Markson spent an hour on the telephone with the 22-year-old, "begging her" not to break their three-month contract, but Bingle still sacked him.

Bingle recently told Grazia magazine that she was "to sever ties with Markson" and added: "I don't want to live in the spotlight anymore. I will never take money for a story again."

Markson only said: "I have nothing to say at all."
